REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR AND PLANNED RESIDENTIAL PROJECT OF THE YEAR

In our work we put great emphasis on designing and creating buildings that become known and recognized both by the public and the professional audiences. We are proud that our efforts have been awarded twice already this year.

First Biggeorge Property Ltd. received the Real Estate Developer of the Year title at the gala ceremony of Europa Property’s Hungarian & Balkans Real Estate Awards, which was organised in Hotel Mariott Budapest, in January, with the participation of approximately 200 Hungarian and foreign experts.

The second award of 2017 was given to us at the Office of the Year competition, in the category of Planned Residential Project of the Year. Based on the unanimous opinion of the jury and the voters, the prize was won by our latest development, Emerald Residence, a unique combination of luxury properties and a boutique hotel to be constructed in the 5th district.
